White Bluff Project Artists and Scientists discuss the project and talk about their Art/Science practice.
The White Bluff Project is based on White Bluff which is a little-known headland in Sapphire (East Coast NSW) that is surrounded by development on one side, protected by the Solitary Islands Marine Reserve on the other, bordered by local Indigenous territories and is protected by Crown Land.
The team is made up of intergenerational local visual artists, Indigenous artists, a poet, a musician, filmmakers, traditional knowledge holders, land and marine scientists as well as stakeholder community groups. This vast team have collaborated to explore and visually represent this beautiful shared local space. It celebrates our natural environment, our arts and culture and highlights the environmental needs of our local ecological systems.
Join the discussions to hear about the projects development and discoveries. Discussion facilitated by Megan George.
